As Sedona wedding officiants we are often asked “What shoes can I wear on the red rocks?” We are happy to answer “Pretty much whatever you want!” Of course we do not want to hike in shoes that are delicate or in any way dangerous, so we always advise couples and their guests to wear walking/hiking shoes to get your ceremony location. Once we are safely in place for your wedding ceremony you can switch to fancier shoes. This goes for men and women alike.
